01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and br044 ("br044", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the br044 platform at br044.net, including all betting, casino, payment, and account-related services offered therein.

By accessing br044.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the br044 platform in any manner whatsoever, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the br044 platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with br044's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional documentation.

02 Eligibility

Use of the br044 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. br044 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+. Age is verified during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds — including winnings — will be forfeited and may be retained or returned at br044's absolute discretion.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the br044 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under guardianship, legal incapacity, or under a court order that restricts your ability to enter contracts.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through br044 or any other recognised responsible gaming programme. Attempting to access br044 during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one account on the br044 platform. Maintaining multiple accounts constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses, and forfeiture of any associated balances.

br044 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration & Security

When registering a br044 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your br044 account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify br044 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• br044 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• br044 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This is available in your account security settings.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Accounts are personal to the registered holder.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, br044 will require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of current address. br044 may also request proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. br044 may request further documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All player accounts at br044 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). br044 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by br044 and may vary by payment method.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Mobile wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Bank transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, Raast
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Over-the-counter: Cash OTC at authorised agents

Deposits are typically credited to your br044 account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. br044 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. br044 reserves the right to perform additional security and AML checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

br044 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, br044 will notify you and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

05 Sports Betting Rules

br044 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including PSL, PCB international tours, Test matches, T20Is, ODIs), football, UFC, tennis, basketball, kabaddi, and other sports. The availability of markets is subject to change at br044's discretion.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by br044. br044 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet for any reason, including where a customer displays patterns consistent with professional or advantage betting.
• Pricing Errors: If a price is published in error due to a technical fault or manifest error, br044 reserves the right to void any bets placed at that incorrect price. Players will be notified and their stake refunded.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted on a "best-efforts" basis. br044 does not guarantee uninterrupted in-play markets during any event. br044 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Settlement: Markets are settled according to the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (PCB, FIFA, UFC, etc.). In the event of a dispute, br044's decision on settlement is final, subject to the complaints process outlined in Section 15.
• Abandoned Events: In the event an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, br044's specific sport rules for that market will apply. Generally, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation and may vary by market, event, and account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

br044 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters specific to that promotion; these general Terms take precedence in all other respects.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your br044 account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: br044 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions, placing low-risk hedging bets to systematically drain bonus funds, and structured wagering patterns designed to fulfil requirements without genuine play.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. br044 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without notice.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the promotion's terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically upon expiry.

br044 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change to that promotion's terms.

07 Casino & Game Rules

The br044 Casino section offers live dealer games and RNG (Random Number Generator) casino titles including slots, table games, and game shows. All games are provided by third-party licensed software suppliers.

• Game Fairness: All RNG games available on br044 are supplied by providers whose Random Number Generator systems are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in licensed studios with continuous supervision. br044 does not operate its own game studios.
• RTP: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available in the game information panel inside the game itself. br044 does not warrant any specific financial outcome to any individual player session.
• Game Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or live dealer session — including connection failures, software errors, or power outages — the affected game round may be voided at br044's discretion. If a round is voided, the wager amount will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game may be cancelled.
• Live Casino: Participation in live dealer games requires a stable internet connection. br044 is not responsible for outcomes affected by poor connectivity on the player's side. Audio and video feeds from live studios are for entertainment purposes; the physical dealing and game result are final.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each casino game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the br044 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the br044 platform, whether under your own name or a third party's
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any bet, game, or casino round
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit the platform in any way
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain a financial advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity connected to the corruption of sporting events
• Using the br044 platform to launder money or conduct any other criminal activity
• Accessing your br044 account via a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to the activities described in Section 6
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing br044 staff or other players

br044 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited activity may be frozen pending investigation and, where applicable, surrendered to the relevant authority.

09 Responsible Gaming

br044 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all br044 account holders and can be accessed through the account settings panel after br044 login:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Limits: Limits on the duration of individual play sessions. A notification will be displayed when your session limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. br044 will prevent further betting once a loss limit is reached for the applicable period.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary break from the platform of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, your account is suspended and you cannot log in, deposit, or bet.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal self-exclusion lasting a minimum of 6 months. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players on self-exclusion who attempt to open new accounts will have those accounts closed and funds returned upon identification.

Underage Gambling Prevention: br044 takes its 21+ age policy extremely seriously. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

Problem Gambling Support: If you believe your gambling may be causing you harm, br044 encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account, take a break, and speak to a support professional. Gambling should be entertainment — when it stops being that, getting help is the right move.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the br044 platform — including but not limited to the br044 name, logo, trade marks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and design elements — is the property of br044 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the br044 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the br044 platform without the prior written consent of br044.

Any unauthorised use of br044's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, br044 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the br044 platform — including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions, errors, or technical faults
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Actions of third-party payment processors or software providers
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party systems

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit br044's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The br044 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. br044 makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the continuity, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.

12 Account Termination

br044 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months
• At br044's business discretion, including changes to the markets br044 serves

Upon termination, br044 will process any remaining balance in your account (subject to AML checks and the conditions of these Terms) to the payment method on file for your account, provided the account was not closed for fraud or terms breach. Where closure is due to a terms breach, br044 may withhold funds pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. If you have an active self-exclusion request, that will be processed immediately regardless of the standard closure timeline.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which br044 holds its international gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the br044 platform.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint about any aspect of the br044 platform — including a disputed bet settlement, a payment issue, or an account action — you should first contact br044 customer support at [email protected] with the full details of your complaint. br044 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through this process, you may escalate it to br044's licensing authority.

In no circumstances shall a dispute be raised more than 30 days after the event or transaction giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised outside this window may be declined.

14 Amendments to These Terms

br044 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, br044 will update the effective date stated in the document header and, where practicable, notify registered players by email.

Your continued use of the br044 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. br044 is not obligated to provide advance notice of non-material or administrative changes to these Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always the authoritative version and supersedes all prior versions. We recommend you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
